The manufacture of magnetic pump is conformity with ISO international standard in respect of design, performance and dimensions.The whole structure adopt close-coupled pattern ( my company's patent), and the structure is COMPACT.Dismantling,assembly and maintenance are convenient. We adopt high-powered magnetism stuff "Nd Fe boron"to make inside and outside magnet, we use Thermoplastic (FEP,PFA) to make the magnet capsule assembled and it's provided with high strength capability,avoiding magnetism back set ullage and enhance the efficiency of the whole machine. It can transport the strong corrosive medium of high- pH indicatordensity more than 1.84t/m3. The primary parts cast iron + Thermoplastic, (FEP,PFA), the pump body strength is high, it can resist all corrosion of strong acid and strong alkali,specially suited for transporting chymic medium of combustibleexplosive poisonous volatile big specific gravity. it's putting into the market with batches now in plenty of item to substitute of import magnetic pumps. And it's appraised widely by customers.
