2BE series water ring vacuum pump and compressor are high-efficiency energy-saving products developed by our company based on years of scientific research achievements and production experience, combined with advanced technology of international similar products.It is commonly used to pump gases that are free of solid particles, insoluble in water, and non-corrosive,to create vacuum and pressure in a closed vessel. It is used to pump corrosive gases or corrosive liquids as working fluids.

This series of pump has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving. It can adapt to sever working condition such as large displacement and load shock fluctuations.We have optimized the design of key components such as distribution plates, impellers and pump shafts, to Simplify the structure, improve performance,and achieve energy savings.The welding impeller is used, the blade is stamped and formed once.After the impeller is welded, the whole heat treatment is carried out as a whole, and the blade has good toughness, so that the impact resistance and bending resistance of the blade are fundamentally guaranteed, and it can adapt to the severe working conditions of load shock fluctuation.

Main structure of the product

 All bearings are imported bearings, which ensure the precise positioning of the impeller of the 2BE1 vacuum pump and high stability during operation.

 All impeller materials are cast by ductile iron or welded by steel plates, which fully ensures the stability of the 2BE1 vacuum pump impeller under various harsh working conditions and greatly improves the service life of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.

The pump body is made of steel plates, which improves the service life of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.

The shaft sleeve of the 2BE1 vacuum pump is the most vulnerable part, and is made of high-chromium stainless steel, which is 5 times longer than the ordinary material.

The pulley (belt drive) adopts a standard high-precision cone sleeve pulley, which is reliable in operation, has a long belt life, and is easy to disassemble.

The coupling (direct drive) adopts a standard high-strength elastic coupling, and the elastic element is made of polyurethane material, which is stable and reliable in operation and has a long service life.

The unique top-mounted gas-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.

All castings are made of resin sand casting with good surface quality. The casting surface does not need to be greasy.

All mechanical seals (optional parts) are imported, fully ensuring that the 2BE1 series vacuum pump has no leakage during long-term operation.

The inner wall profile of the pump body adopts an elliptical profile to ensure the vacuum effect.
