Through a special processing method, Metal Village's PTFE hose has changed the inflexible characteristics of previous pipes. It can connect graphite, ceramic or glass pipes with low mechanical strength, and can be used for tankers, storage tanks, containers or reactors. The feed and discharge pipes can be connected in misplaced positions, used for pipeline displacement and size changes caused by climate and other reasons, or used to eliminate high-frequency mechanical vibrations. In special occasions, it can also be used as a tubular reactor or heat exchanger. In addition, it can also be used as a flexible insulating sleeve for shielded cables and protective cables of aircraft engines or high-grade wires. Corrugated hoses are available in diameters of DN10~DN300 and lengths of 20cm-20m. The standard wall thickness is 1.5mm~3.5mm, and the number of fatigue times is ≥10,000 times (normal temperature)
