CQB-F fluorine lining magnetic pump with unique design,have no mechanical seal and no leakage.The wetted parts are made of fluorine plastic,ceramics and fluorine rubber,etc. Pump casing with mettel material is enough to support the weight of pipe.

 

Basic parameters and technical performance of CQB-F fluorine lining magnetic pump conforms to JB/T7742-95"smal1 magnetic drive centrifugal pump"standards.

The working principle of the magnetic pump is: when the motor equipment drives the external

magnetic rotor to move, the magnetic field penetrates the isolation sleeve, so that the internal

magnetic rotor connected by the impeller also moves with the external magnetic rotor, thus

achieving the synchronous operation of the two. That is, with the same effect of rotational

speed, the dynamic seal structure which is easy to leak is transformed into the static seal

structure with zero leakage.

Magnetic drive pump, also known as magnetic pump, is characterized by no shaft seal

components, that is, there is no dynamic seal leakage point. The magnetic drive pump is

composed of a pump, a magnetic actuator, a special structure of the magnetic transmission

pump and a motor. The key component of the magnetic actuator is composed of an external

magnetic rotor, an internal magnetic rotor and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. According to

the principle that the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic medium, when

the motor drives the external magnetic rotor to rotate, the internal magnetic rotor connected

with the impeller rotates synchronously through the action of the magnetic force line, and the

non-contact transfer of torque is realized. from one shaft of the conventional pump with shaft

seal parts to two shafts with isolation sleeve structure, the dynamic seal is transformed into

static seal, thus the problem of medium leakage is solved completely.
