PPH is a modified polypropylene material. It is a homopolymer polypropylene with high molecular weight and low melt flow rate. It has a fine crystal structure after beta modification. It not only has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and wear resistance , good insulation, anti-aging, high temperature resistance and good creep resistance, and also has excellent impact resistance at low temperatures. Increased hydrostatic strength and improved chemical resistance. According to the characteristics of PPH materials, PPH plates are widely used as corrosion-resistant equipment in chemical industry, metallurgy, steel, power plants and other fields.

pph sheet mainly has the following characteristics:
1. Hygienic and non-toxic: This product is a green building material and can be used in pure water and drinking water pipeline systems.
2. Corrosion-resistant and non-scaling; it can avoid the worry of yellow spots and rust in basins and bathtubs caused by pipeline corrosion, and can avoid blockage caused by pipeline corrosion and scaling.
3. Resistant to high temperature and high pressure; the water temperature transported by pipelines can reach up to 95°C.
4. Insulation and energy saving; the thermal conductivity is only one-twentieth of that of metal pipes, and it has excellent thermal insulation and energy-saving effects for hot water pipes.
5. Light weight; specific gravity is only one-seventh of that of metal pipes.
6. Beautiful appearance; the inner and outer walls of the product are smooth, the fluid resistance is small, the color is soft, and the shape is beautiful.
7. Installation is convenient and reliable; using hot-melt connection, it can be completed in seconds, safe and reliable. 8. Long service life; under the specified long-term continuous working pressure, the service life can reach more than 50 years.
