Introduction:
IJ series corrosion-resistant series is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Its marking, rated performance point and installation dimensions are in line with GB/T5662-1985 standard, equivalent to ISO2858.1975, and the manufacturing technical conditions are in line with ISO5199 standard. It is a new product optimized and designed based on the IH series pump, referring to foreign new technologies and combining with actual user use. It is the same type of pump as the IH type promoted by the country, and its basic installation dimensions are equivalent to the IH type.
Structural features:
The structural features of the pump are: IJ type corrosion-resistant chemical alkali pump adopts advanced hydraulic model in design, has high efficiency, and is an energy-saving product. In terms of structural design, it draws on the international ANSI standard, thickens the shaft diameter, shortens the cantilever, and improves the operating stability. The working temperature can reach 175°C, and can transport liquids with suspended particles less than 3mm and solid content less than 5%. It is widely used in alkali, acid, petrochemical, environmental protection and other industries. The pump cover is fixed on the frame through the stopper, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle through the pump body connection. The pump body is axially inhaled, radially discharged, and foot-supported, and can be directly fixed on the base. And supported on the base with a suspension bracket.
Rotation direction of the pump: The pump is directly driven by the motor through the coupling, and rotates clockwise from the motor end.
Pump shaft seal type:
Mechanical seal: Specially designed as an internally installed external injection single end face, the dynamic ring is fixed, and the static ring compensates the mechanical seal. A certain pressure of water is passed through the sealing chamber to flush the friction end face and cool it at the same time.
Pump material: The flow-through parts of the pump are all made of stainless steel. Users can choose the appropriate pump flow-through parts (i.e. pump body, pump cover and impeller) materials according to the corrosion of the pump by the conveyed medium. It is mainly suitable for the transportation of slurries with a solid content of less than 50% and media containing crystalline impurities in chemical processes.
Application areas:
Applicable to the soda ash and ammonia salt mother liquor produced by the alkali industry, the room temperature caustic soda, chlorine products and chlorates, hypochlorites in the production of chlor-alkali, the electrolyte of electrolytic copper and nickel in metallurgy, the acid mist liquid for the production of cobalt, the ore slurry for the production of zinc, the vanadic acid for the production of vanadium, the acid and urea liquid for the production of gold, and the electroplating in the steel industry.

Compared with IH pump, IJ chemical pump has the following characteristics;
1. The cantilever of the impeller is shortened and the diameter of the shaft is thickened;
2. The volute and pump casing with asymmetric cross-section have no mouth ring;
3. Three imported bearings are used;
4. Equipped with a new type of seal similar to the advanced double-end mechanical seal or packing seal abroad.
Due to the above structure, the pump has the following advantages:
1. It can transport high-viscosity or solid media, and the pump efficiency is higher than that of IH pumps;
2. The asymmetric cross-section volute reduces the impact loss of the fluid and shortens the size of the pump casing;
3. The strength of the shaft is increased and the deflection of the rotor is reduced, so the operation is stable and the sealing life is long;
4. The impeller nut and the impeller are made into one, which improves the inlet conditions of the pump and improves the anti-cavitation performance of the pump;
5. The advanced shaft seal form makes the sealing effect better and reduces the leakage of the pump;
6. The clearance of the pump can be adjusted without disassembling the pump casing and impeller, which reduces the maintenance time and saves the maintenance cost.

· Alkali industry: used for soda ash and ammonia, ammonia salt mother liquor for the production of combined alkali, room temperature caustic soda, chlorine products and chlorates, hypochlorites for chlor-alkali production.
· Nonferrous metallurgy: transportation of electrolyte for electrolytic copper and nickel, acid mist liquid for cobalt production, ore slurry for zinc production, ammonium vanadate for vanadium production, acid thiourea liquid for gold production, etc.
