Overview:
Wedge gate valve is one of the most common opening and closing valves. It uses wedge-shaped gate plates sealed on both sides to connect or cut off the medium in the closing path.Wedge gate valve does not allow micro-opening in the pipeline as an energy saving device, so as to avoid high-speed flow of media erosion and accelerate the damage of the sealing surface.

Feature & Benefits:
1. Two shapes of valve body: GB valve with a round body, ANSI pound class valve(DN≤300Lb) with flat body,DN≥400Lb with round body.Body, inner cavity of bonnet,, plate, stem surface and other parts directly in contact with the medium, all lined with fluorine plastics such as FEP(F46) or PCTFE(F3).
2. The sealing parts is made by FEP (F46) or other material combination with low friction coefficient and low opening and closing torque.
3. PTFE(F4) standard filler is used for packing, with good airtight performance and convenient maintenance and replacement.
4. With elastic gate, can compensate the sealing surface of gate against the valve seat sealing deviation, good fit, ideal sealing
effect.
5. The medium can pass through the gate valve in any direction from both sides. It is suitable for the opening and closing device in the pipeline where the medium direction may change.
