Product Description

PTFE lined straight pipes and fittings, also known as loose lining fittings, are used under non negative pressure working conditions in pipelines. The process involves turning PTFE rod material into a thin film strip, winding the film strip around a specified pipeline mold for sintering, demolding after sintering, and forming PTFE pipe blanks.

The PTFE pipe blanks are then lined into welded seamless steel pipe fittings. Suitable for transmission pipelines under normal pressure and positive pressure. Diameter specification: DN25-300mm; Working temperature: -50~180 ℃; Working pressure: 1.6MPa. 2. PTFE molded straight pipes and fittings. PTFE molded straight pipes and fittings, also known as molded fittings, are used under negative pressure working conditions in pipelines. The process uses imported PTFE powder to shape seamless steel pipes and fittings at high pressure according to requirements. After shaping, they are sintered at high temperature in a high-temperature furnace. Diameter specification: DN25-300mm; Working temperature: -50~180 ℃; Work pressure: -0.09-1.6MPa
