Summary
The hydraulic double diaphragm metering pump is based on the hydraulic diaphragm metering pump. It adds a layer of diaphragm and is monitored by sensors or instruments to prevent accidents caused by the rupture of a single diaphragm. It is equipped with a diaphragm rupture monitoring and alarm system to improve the safety of the pump.

General features
The hydraulic end adopts a double-layer diaphragm seal, no leakage, higher safety, normal working double-layer diaphragm vacuum bonding, high metering accuracy.
-Once the diaphragm ruptures, the sensor can detect it within 0.2S and feedback the signal. The metering pump's own control system immediately stops the metering pump and issues an audible and visual alarm, effectively protecting the safety of use. According to user needs, the corresponding signal can also be sent to the central control room to give an alarm and repair at the first time.
PTFE diaphragm is usually used, which has excellent corrosion resistance and temperature resistance.
The pump has a built-in overload valve to automatically relieve pressure to protect the pump, but it cannot be used for a long time.
The flow/pressure has a wide range of applications and can be used for high and low temperature, high viscosity, corrosive, solid content, flammable and explosive, highly toxic, evil, radioactive and other special media.
It can be connected in parallel with two or more heads to increase the flow and reduce the pulse. It can also transport multiple media at the same time and be used as a proportional pump.
The stroke controller of the metering pump can be optionally equipped to achieve a wider range of automatic control
