Fluoroplastic lined diaphragm valve series

The diaphragm valve is a special type of valve with a cut-off function. Its opening and closing parts are composed of a steel valve stem and a diaphragm made of soft material (rubber and gas plastic composite), and separate the inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover. To open, when the handwheel is operated clockwise, the valve stem moves down, and the valve stem drives the diaphragm down to cut off the passage. Otherwise, the valve opens.

1. The composite diaphragm separates the inner cavity of the lower part of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover, and forms a direct flow channel with it, so that the valve stem, valve and other internal parts on the upper part of the diaphragm are completely isolated from the medium, while also ensuring the purity of the medium. Internal and external leakage can be avoided at the same time.

2. The diaphragm made of FEPTefon gas plastic and synthetic rubber and the valve with Teflon gas plastic lining layer can be used to dry various highly corrosive media except "molten alkali metals and surface gas".

3. As an actuator, the diaphragm is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing. It should be replaced regularly according to the working conditions, media and characteristics.
