The vertical centrifugal pump RVKu is specially designed for pumping aggressive, slightly contaminated media such as acids, alkalis and chemical waste water. The closed impeller design with long axial throttle gaps allows immersion depths of up to 3m at operating temperatures of 90°C. Smooth running of the shaft is ensured by the use of a ball joint bearing located outside the aggressive zone as well as an immersion plain bearing made of SIC, carbon or ceramic.
lt is a new energy-savingpump with low suction depth and strong anti-corrosion performance. This series of products have reiable performance, beaulifulappearance, stable operation, light weight, small vibration, low noise, convenient assembly and disassembly and small land areaespecially the pump is submerged in the liquid without irigation of fuid and without shaft seal leakage. Excellent application performanceis admired by petroleum, chemica, pharmaceutical, paper making, dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, and pesticide industries.

PP-Polypropylene
This plastic is particularly suitable for simple, commonapplications.lt offers outstanding performance at temperatures from 0 to +80"C(+32 t0 +176°F). Pp hasoroven its worth in acids, alkalis and saline solutions aswell as in hydrochloric acid pickling.

PVDF-Polyvinylidene fluoride
The partial fluornation of this polymer increases itschemical resistance many times over. PVDF is resistantto most solvents, acids and oxidants. PVDF is an opti.mum material for many applications in the chemicalindustryfor temperatures from -20 to +100°c(-4 to+212°F).

PE 1000(UHMWPE)-Polyethylene
The outstanding feature of this high molecular weightpolymer is its resistance to wearin case of solids in thepumped medium. There is also a wide range of corrosionresistance options. In the temperature range from -20t0 +70'C(-4 to +158 °F),PE 1000 is in many cases analternative to stainless steels.


Characteristics:

1) All of the parts in contact with the liquid are used with plastic PVDF or Pp, PPH, which have excellent chemical resistance.

2) Pump shellis made with whole plastic molding, pump shat uses 45# steel heat treatment and covered with 3mm PVDF or PPPPH. in order to ensure stable operation of the pump shaft, a support seat is provided between the suppor tube (PVDF or Pp, PPH plasticpipe) and pump shaft. inside the support seat there is a SSlc sleeve in order to ensure normal operation of the shaf. At the bottom thereis a filter to prevent solid impurities from entering pump. l is made of PVDF or PP, PpH. The outlet pipe is made of pure PVDF and PpPPH, pipe wall thickness is greater than or equal to 5mm, mounting plate is made of 50mm thick Pp board so as to prevent corrosiorcaused by corosive medium. Pump shaft is connected with the impeller, which is also made by mould pressing of PP or PPH, PVDF. inthe middle there is a metal insert to ensure impeller strength. Finished impeller must pass dynamic balance test. SSic is installed betweerthe pump shaft and the pump shell.

3) lf the transmission medium has high solid content, an additional configurable flushing system may be installed to ensure that the
support seat sleeve cannot be damaged.

4) All parts are required to carry out size test, which also need to be tested by 20KV DC high-voltage electric spark test without anybreakdown. The transmission parts (including impeller, pump coupling). Motor coupling may be instaled are dynamic balance test. A testbench is used to test performance of the pump to confrm the pump performance meets the requirements. t is qualified after 48 hours oi
continuous operation.

5) Standard seals (including gaskets, 0-ring, etc.) are used in the products, including $S304 graphite wound gaskets and importedfuorinated rubber made 0-ring. All fasteners not contact with the transmission medium are made of $S304 standard stainless steel parts
